Flowrat (“Flowrat,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Seclob Technologies Private Limited, provides an omnichannel customer communication, automation, reputation management, analytics, and customer engagement platform.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, access, use, store, disclose, protect, and delete personal information and connected account data when you use our website, applications, integrations, and services.
Flowrat supports integrations with third-party platforms and communication channels, which may include Google Business Profile, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and other supported messaging, social media, CRM, e-commerce, and business services.

Depending on the services you enable and the permissions you grant, we may collect the following categories of information:
2.1 Account and Business Information
- Name, email address, telephone number, and account credentials or authentication identifiers.
- Business name, business contact details, workspace information, and business profile details.
- Team member accounts, roles, permissions, and administrative settings.
- Subscription, billing, transaction, and service usage information.
2.2 Google Business Profile Information
When you connect a Google account and authorize the relevant permissions, Flowrat may access information necessary to provide the Google Business Profile features you enable, including:
- Authorized Google account identifiers and account information made available through the approved integration.
- Business account and location identifiers, names, addresses, and available profile details.
- Customer reviews, review ratings, review text, review identifiers, and associated timestamps.
- Business profile performance metrics, such as available search impressions, Maps-related views, website clicks, calls, and other supported performance data.
- Information needed to manage authorized business profile features, including review responses and business posts, where supported and enabled.
- OAuth authorization tokens and related connection metadata required to maintain and manage the integration securely.
Flowrat accesses only the information permitted by the granted permissions and necessary for the features you use. The information available depends on Google's APIs, account eligibility, permissions, and the connected business locations.
2.3 Messaging and Social Media Channel Data
When you connect supported channels, Flowrat may process information necessary to provide the enabled features, such as:
- Channel account identifiers, profile names, business account details, and connection metadata.
- Messages, conversations, attachments, delivery status, timestamps, and relevant participant identifiers.
- Comments, replies, reactions, reviews, and other supported interactions.
- Publishing content, media, post status, and available channel analytics.
- Contact information and lead details that you or your connected services provide or authorize us to access.
2.4 CRM, E-Commerce, and Other Integrations
When enabled, integrations may provide customer records, lead details, order or transaction references, support information, and other business data required for the requested workflow. Each integration is subject to its available permissions and applicable third-party terms.
2.5 Usage, Device, and Technical Information
We may collect log data, browser and device information, IP address, feature usage, error reports, timestamps, and security events to operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve Flowrat.
03. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- To provide and operate the Flowrat platform and its enabled features.
- To connect authorized accounts and synchronize business information.
- To display and manage messages, reviews, comments, business locations, posts, and analytics.
- To create, schedule, publish, and manage content when supported and authorized by the relevant channel.
- To provide AI-assisted suggestions, summaries, draft replies, workflow automation, and customer engagement tools when enabled.
- To manage leads, customer interactions, team workflows, notifications, and reporting.
- To maintain account security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and enforce our terms.
- To process subscriptions and provide customer support.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and users.
We do not use connected account data for purposes materially different from those disclosed here without providing any additional notice or obtaining consent where required.
Google API Data Use and Limited Use
Flowrat's use of information obtained through Google APIs, including Google Business Profile APIs, complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy and applicable Google API terms.
Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are visible and relevant within Flowrat, such as authorized business profile management, review management, business performance reporting, and related workflows.
Specifically:
- We use Google Business Profile information only for the features the authorized user requests or enables.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising targeting or purposes unrelated to the authorized service.
- We do not permit third parties to use Google user data for independent purposes unrelated to providing the requested Flowrat functionality.
- We do not use Google user data for generalized AI or machine-learning model training.
- We do not allow personnel to access Google user data except when necessary for authorized support, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or another permitted purpose, and subject to applicable restrictions.
- We do not transfer Google user data except as permitted by Google's policies, including where necessary to provide or improve user-facing features with appropriate user consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or in other expressly permitted circumstances.
- We request only the permissions necessary for the features being used.
Where Google user data is processed by a service provider on Flowrat's behalf, that processing must be limited to the permitted service, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable Google requirements.
05. AI Features and Automation
Flowrat may provide AI-powered features that assist users in preparing message drafts, review responses, social media content, summaries, recommendations, and automated workflows.
AI-generated content may be reviewed, edited, approved, or published according to the settings and permissions configured by the workspace administrator and the capabilities of the connected platform.
We use data for AI-assisted features only as necessary to provide the requested functionality and subject to applicable third-party policies. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI models.
Users and administrators are responsible for reviewing automation settings, granting appropriate permissions, and ensuring that automated communications comply with applicable laws and channel policies.

Flowrat uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure.
Depending on the information and service, safeguards may include access controls, role-based permissions, tenant isolation, encryption in transit, protected credential storage, audit logging, and security monitoring.
OAuth tokens and integration credentials are used to maintain authorized connections and should be protected against unauthorized access. We limit access to personnel and service providers who require it for permitted operational purposes.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
08. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services, maintain authorized connections, meet contractual requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Retention periods vary according to the type of data, workspace configuration, legal requirements, and the purpose for which the information was collected.
When information is no longer needed, we will delete it or securely de-identify it where appropriate, subject to lawful retention requirements and applicable third-party platform policies.
09. Data Deletion and Disconnecting Integrations
You may request deletion of your Flowrat account or personal information by contacting support@seclob.com.
You may also disconnect supported third-party integrations through the available Flowrat settings. Disconnecting an integration stops future access through that connection once the disconnection takes effect. Depending on the integration, you may also need to revoke access through the third-party platform.
Upon a verified deletion request, Flowrat will delete or de-identify the relevant information within a reasonable period, subject to applicable law, legitimate security requirements, and any information that must be retained by law.
Where supported, we will delete associated authorization tokens and stop related synchronization or scheduled processing. Disconnecting an integration does not necessarily delete data already retained in Flowrat; you may need to submit a separate deletion request.
Information held by Google or another third-party platform is governed by that platform's own policies and deletion procedures. Flowrat cannot directly delete information from a third-party service unless the relevant API provides that capability and the action is authorized.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Request access to personal information associated with your account.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of eligible personal information.
- Withdraw consent or disconnect an integration.
- Object to or restrict certain processing where legally applicable.
- Request information about how your data is processed.

12. Third-Party Services
Flowrat integrates with third-party platforms that maintain their own privacy policies, terms, API rules, and security practices. Flowrat does not control the independent privacy practices of those platforms.
Your use of a connected service is also subject to the terms and policies of that service. We encourage users to review those policies before authorizing an integration.

Depending on our infrastructure and service providers, information may be processed or stored in countries other than the country where you reside. Where applicable, we use appropriate safeguards and comply with relevant data protection requirements.
